Rules??? In quilting??? If there are...I'm in big trouble!! I have one quilt that uses 4 different patterned fabrics...and it is just a table topper!! I think your quilt is fabulous and I love all the colors!! Don't listen to anyone...go with your instincts! It's what you like and that's all that matters. If they want something else..they can make one themselves.

Thats one pretty quilt and wow, most first time quilts are .. wall quilts or crib sized. You started BIG!
