    My 60's Wonky Bed Runner

This was a jelly roll I found at Walmart in their clearance section. I wanted to add some color to our bedspread so I sewed the strips together, cut them a little wonky, didn't match up the seams, and added a peace sign border fabric. If I want to tone down the look, I can flip the runner over a different look.

If you are interested in making one, this site will give you information on runners, measurements, and a picture of another runner.

I've seen that jelly roll at WalMart - you did a nice job!
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

    Great colors!
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

Very sharp and what a great find this roll was! Love the idea of bed runners/warmers whatever they are called.

that is such a good idea. I want one to keep the cat hair on. My cats sleep at the foot of our bed all the time. I can make them their own quilt....lol.
enjoy your life...it's the only one you have!!!
