I have had several people ask for a larger picture of my avatar. The title of this quilt is reach for the stars and it is a generous King size. I personally think a better name for it is Lone Star on Steriods! I worked on this for about 3 months on and off. I quilted it on a Nolting longarm machine at my favorite quilt shop. She gives classes and when you have a liscense to drive the longarm She rents time by the hour. Most of the fabrics in this are from Kansas troubles. Hope you enjoy it. The second one is one of my favorites. Its name is the hollow cube.

Both quilts are fantastic. Love the light and darks in the second quilt, sets it off. Both look a lot of work.

They are both gorgeous quilts. I like the star quilt. Where did you get the pattern for the star quilt?

Pattern is from American Patchwork and quilting October 2008, you can go on the internet to their site and get back copies.
