Love the rugs. Will you put a gripper material underneath if you are putting it on tile or wood flooring? My dogs are so hard on our throw rugs this might be an idea to try. I've done a chenille jacket. I was thinking of trying to stich the rows using my long arm for large pieces or even a scarf.

Sew Pretty! Ladies for a quick & easy tutorial - go to the Moda Bakeshop. There is a lesson (look under recipes) on how to make a chenille potholder, including putting on the binding. It would make a perfect small practice project if you were afraid to start with a rug.
