byAnnie has some 'how to' videos that 'illustrate' her written instructions. I bought her wallet pattern and found some videos that complimented the pattern. Worth a check....

Awesome bag! Plus perfect timing with your daughter having business trips coming up.

I took a free class from my LQS on a mesh laundry-type of bag. I waited a few weeks before I made the bag and it was hard to follow the ByAnnie instructions. Like Trisher commented, she does have ‘how-to’ videoes for some patterns and I found my pattern so it really helped.

I was in an embroidery class and it was suggested to look in the remnant bin at JoAnn’s for vinyl. I was told it was in the area of the table oilcloth fabric. (I apologize if someone already gave this info as I didn’t read everyone’s responses like I usually do). Lol!

No video available for this project because she has a Craftsy class on it for $19.99. But... the bag is made and I did ok with the pattern. I think she’s offering updated versions (2.0s) of her older patterns, with more and better illustrations.

Absolutely gorgeous, and practical!!

I have a smaller folding cosmetic carrier that I take on trips and I love it so much I gave them to family members for Christmas last year. I embroidered their names on each one. It is so nice to have everything hanging and not spread all over the counter in a hotel.

Mine were premade and not as sturdy and gorgeous as yours! I will have to look for the pattern.
