Default My first attempt at a row by row whole cloth quilt

Here's a peek at my first three rows of what will be a whole cloth quilt. I started this to challenge my free motion skills. Never thought I would be interested in making a whole cloth quilt, but this process has been so rewarding. If interested, the online instructor is Jeanne Harrison.image.jpeg

Its wonderful, Mavis! What a great pattern! I do mini-whole cloths by hand. Amazing what you have done by machine!

Wow! Your free motion quilting is beautiful. That quilt will be awesome when it's completed.

It is so very beautiful, Mavis. This quilt will be a vision of loveliness when you're done.

Fabulous quilting! At least you were open to trying a new method and found that it worked for you. It is a beautiful technique.

This is a gorgeous quilt, You are so good, I don't know why you are trying to do a whole cloth, row by row. You have done it.
