Thank you everyone for your kind comments.

I am going to try machine quilting this one when I get a chance to baste it. Not looking forward to that job, but the quilting suggested in the pattern sounds easy enough.

That is gorgeous; I LOVE bargello's! I really like your fabric and color choices. It will be beautiful on your bed. It's hard to believe it's your first large quilt. Great job! :thumbup:
