After seeing the beautiful Bow Tucks bags on this board...I decided to try one. I'm calling it my Autumn Tote.

The picture is a bit blurry, but this is the front

I'm not sure what the orange fabric is...I think it's too thin for upholstery, but I wondered if it was drapery fabric. I bought it at the thrift store. The bottom and inside fabrics were bought at Walmart. Thank you for the compliment.

Beautiful work. And your house looks so clean and tidy. Are you sure you are a sewer?

Ooohhh that is pretty. I really like the outside fabric. Wish I could find some cuz it would go with my inside fabric just like yours! :)

I will have to check out the fabric store near here that carries older fabric. She has oodles of upholstery and drapery fabric.

    Very nice colors.

With everybody making these and putting up the pics, I couldn't take it anymore .... I went and order the pattern for both the tote and the mini! I hope they are easier than the last 2 patterns I tried to follow .. one ended up upside down! The other came out gorgeous, but it was a lot of work.
