When I started back to quilting I decided to make a wedding gift for a co-worker's wedding. I bought "The Rings That Bind" book and tool because I had seen a video demo and it looked not too hard to do. Hmmm...The pattern wasn't hard to follow, the problem came when I decided to try crazy quilt centers. How hard could that be?! I have learned that an ordered mind should not attempt a random pattern!! These made me crazy...literally. But I am so pleased with how it turned out I may attempt one for myself...later after the trauma wears off.

Thank you :) I should not have tried 2 new techniques at the same time. Truly though the crazy quilt centers gave me fits! I can't tell you the numer of times I ripped them apart. I almost totally admitted defeat but I was determined to be "random" lol When all was done though I really hated to give it away.

Beautiful! They will love it. I know how you felt about the crazy part if your mind is in order. It becomes very difficult. Great job.

It's gorgeous! Just the right amount of fancy stitching. Also love the colors.
