    Thank you for your compliments. I made the templets for the applique work last night. I took an applique class a while ago from a lady name Nancy Chung - she lives locally in my area. I learned so much from her and all of those little tips and tricks she has learned over the years.

    I have always liked the combination of traditional blocks along side applique work (probably because with the piece work you can see your progress right away which gets you through the applique process)

    Anyway I will be out today picking out the blue and yellow fabrics today.

    Totally awesome! This quilt will be gorgous. The should rename EQ The Time Sucker! Every time I sit down to play, it's at least a couple of hours later when I look up again!

    Are you going to needle turn applique or fusible?
