Thread: My First Ever Baby Quilts

    These are the first quilts that I made. My DH said they were weird. DS said sure are bright mom. It was a Amish pattern and they used primary colors but I love these bright colors with the black.

    These are not weird!!!! They are just beautiful. I love the color combo and the black just "pops" them. Great job. Hard to believe these are your first!!!

    Beautiful quilts, you did a great job.

    That pattern always looks good no matter what fabrics you use. I have done quite a few scrappy quilts using the pattern.

    Fabulous! Babies really respond to bright colors even though the "powers-that-be" generally go for pastels. Great work!

    No this was a easier pattern and it went together pretty fast.
