Very simple, just all over loop to loops. I got pretty good at hearts by the end, lol. Backed in minkee, bound with satin...it presented a whole world of challenges, but it was fun! So here's DD's quilt!!

On her bed with pillow case :o)

Your satin binding turned out well. Little girls love to touch satin as they fall asleep.

That is an adorable quilt. Your quilting looks great, corners mitered perfectly and satin binding - wow. That is all I remember of my first "blankie" - it had a satin binding.

My first and most loved blankie had a satin binding too...that was a big part of why I wanted to use it for my DDs quilt. :D

Just jump in! The water is cool, but it warms up the longer you're in the pool. ;)

Really though, I was super intimidated...and instead of practicing on a bunch of little things, I made a twin. LOL It's not easy, but it IS fun! I really enjoyed doing the quilting for this one.
