Beautiful! Love the fabrics, layout AND your quilting is great! Doesn't look like a first attempt at FM at all.

Ok, so i got brave, feathered on the burgand, and uhmmm, yup, in white thread LOL LOL, i think they will do, but they look like fat wonky hearts? lol And they're not all joined like they should be, with the pretty little teardrop effect??? LOL LOL LOL But, oh well, they will do :) :) :) I think i will finish this feathered strip, and then put my feathering talents to rest for another project! lol The other burgandy strip, think i will do wavy line with flowers lol, much easier, i hope??? LOL :)

Actually it looks pretty good - I haven't gotten that brave to try feathers, hearts or anything. I can manage free motion stippling if in small areas. Usually it's stitch in the ditch!

OMG Barb you really have got the free motion off to a tee - I think your 'wonky hearts' are FANTASTIC, DO THE OTHER BORDER THE SAME, it really sets the quilt off!!
