wonderful job on the quilt. It does look really pretty. Your freemotion looks great. You will get faster and gain confidence with every quilt you do. When I was learning, I would do a new pattern in a very busy spot. That way if I goofed it didn't show. So my first feathers were in a busy area. But they really look good to me now. Then I was unsure if they looked good or not.

Keep going. Freemotion is fun. Just fluff that quilt so you have no pull on it as you are stuffing it through.

I am so thrilled for you that you took the plunge
