Thread: My first quilt feed back please

    This is my first quilt. I did not follow a pattern, I made this one up in my mind. I quilted it with a long arm, which was also my first long arm quilting experience. When finished, it turned out as a queen size quilt and was my sister in laws Christmas gift.

    WOW!! I am totally impressed! You did a fantastic job, no one is going to believe that this is your first quilt and that you did not have a pattern. You have true artistic talent!

    I am stunned. That is an amazing quilt. I can only hope to do one like it someday. I don't yet have the skills to tackle that involved a quilt. But I dream.

    You are kidding...Right? If this is your first quilt you definately have a knack for it! I love the feeling of movement in your border fabric...It compliments the quilt perfectly. Keep up the good work!! :thumbup: :thumbup:

    A very, very nice first quilt. You did such a great job!!! Great colors, super pattern, very nice quilting....you got it all on the first try!!! Very Cool!!!!
