First I'll comment on the quilt colors. I like them. Next, the quilting - Are you kidding? This is your FIRST quilt off the longarm? AMAZING. If you're still not happy with the quilt I know where it can find a good home. :)

I tell you what. If you still don't like that quilt, I will gladly take it off your hands. I will even give you all of my material and sewing machine because you truly put me to shame. I have been quilting for almost a year (on a mid arm - 4" max design) and can't do l/10 of what you do. You are truly amazing. I can't believe this is your first.
For a quilt top you don't like, you throw together that back, that back in itself is a work of art. Amazing.
You are a true artist.

Wow !! the quilt is beautiful. bet you don't think it is ugly now. and because you were not all tensed about making it "right", you relaxed & had fun. and look what you have !
you have a wonderful quilting future ahead of you if this is your first quilting. good work !

I think it is very pretty and you are doing great quilting on it. If I don't really like a quilt very much when I start on it, I find when I'm finished with t I always like it. I guess just seeing it so much I start to like the colors just fine.
