I love your chain pattern, I'll have to check it out! I've been quilting since 2010, and am still learning too. But now I call my mistakes Design Opportunities rather than Learning Chances. Smiles and hugss and welcome to the quilting community!!

Your first quilt looks wonderful! I can't wait to see how the chain blocks look all put together.

Welcome to the board and the world of quilting. You will never again be without something to do! I love your color choices and you are doing a great job of piecing too. I like the chains. That power to swing machine is fun and so it the weapon of choice the rotary cutter.

I love both your quilts. And you have my deepest admiration for using scissors to cut out for a quilt. That's the way my mother & grandmother did and they made absolutely beautiful quilts. Quilters have come a long way baby so to say. Actually all you need to make a quilt is scissors, material and a needle & thread plus batting. Sure glad we don't have to do it that way now. BTW have you seen Rob Appell's Mansewing web site? It's new and he has some really good tips.

GOOD FOR YOU !!!!! And welcome to the Board. You will find lots of help and encouragement here any time you need it. The chain pattern looks like it will be very interesting when you get the blocks together. Can't wait to see it finished!
