I can't believe those are your first!!!
They are beautiful!! I am working on my first as well but it is only a table runner. I am nervous to do anything too big yet! But seeing what you have done I may get the nerve up! Maybe!

Congratulations. You did a fantastic job!! I love the colors in the table runner. I am partial to the chenille. Chenille reminds me of my childhood. (We were forbidden to JUMP ON THE BED that had the chenille spread on it. My sister and I loved to bounce on that bed.)

I hadn't thought of that use for the chenille...that turned out great! I love it...almost a shabby chic isn't it??

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks all. You are all so encouraging. And I was kinda trying to go for the shabby chic look, Sandpat; a combination of that and cottagey look.

I love newbies! Great quilts really love them both, but I am especially taken with your pillows! If I ever get my roof fixed I'm gonna get a full sized bed and I believe that your bed quilt and pillows will be perfect!
you should be tired of it by then right????

The small pillows were made from a lace table runner and an old dress with lace collar. If I am tired of it by then, I promise you will be first in line to have it. :)
