Wow, this really encourages me to try to just jump in and try a quilt like this. I have some patterns but waiting til I'm good enough to try them. Luv this owl quilt and thanks for the upclose pictures of the quilting.

Absolutely phenomenal quilt, and for it to be your first one....I can't wait to see where you go next! Love your fur baby, too! When the recipient of your quilt cries upon receiving it, its the best compliment, isn't it?
