Thank you, everyone! It took a long time, but I had a lot of fun making it!
Thank you! I decided to make a quilt so I could learn how to sew! Prior to making it, the only sewing experience I had was stitching semi-straight lines on paper. I read lots of tutorials, looked at tons of pictures, and watched youtube videos when I ran into trouble.

I didn't use a pattern, but I'm sure there are tons floating around out there. Maybe try looking up 60 Degree Triangle or Pyramid quilt patterns?
I just decided how big I wanted my finished quilt (49" x 63") and triangles to be, and the ladies at my local quilt boutique helped me figure out how much fabric I'd need.
