Great quilt..did this well on the first one..u won't have any trouble with other patterns..the only thing I would question..is ..it looks like u put the binding on already..and sewed it down..this may cause u problems when quilting..when quilting the fabric does move a little..so if u did put the binding on..u will get a little bubbling of material toward the edge..again nice job on the quilt

Great first quilt- you are ambitious, and it is just lovely! Welcome to the QB! Can't wait to see the next one.

I am still working on the binding and quilting! Hardest parts for me! Any suggestions for how to put on a binder is welcome. Looked at many u tubes and illustrations. Taking next quilt to a LAQ for quilting.

Beautiful quilt! With this being such an impressive first quilt, I can't wait to see what else you do.

Thanks everyone for the comments/compliments. I have already finished another top! Not as happy with it. Your comments/compliments were very positive and really encouraged me to keep going! It took a lot of courage for me to post! I look and look at all the beautiful work all the time and thought mine wasn't good enough. Will post more as I complete more. Thanks again!
