This is my very first quilt top (minus the border). With college and my two kids, this has been slow but is coming along. The border should be on within the next two weeks and I plan to hand quilt this project. These log cabin blocks were made using the strip method and I really enjoyed it!

With college and 2 kids AND making that beautiful quilt - you should be sainted. Good luck and "go for it!"

I continue to be amazed at the wonderful first quilts. I didn't have the courage to try anything so intricate. Plain old 9 patch for me. Keep up the good work.
