Love it - how creative.
Now do you use special scissors to cut the seams, or just
use regular ones?

i tried regular scissors [ginghers shears - because they are soooo sharp and cut right to the tip of the blades...but they were too thick] ..then tried friends small fiskars ..looked like my embroidery scissors but heavier blades. finally got a pair of the fiskars spring scissors...don't know thier correct name or anything...found them at walmart. no fab store in my little town and basically walmart is it for shopping except for safeway. they did the trick. so..didn't have to treck the 40 or 50 mi to nearest towns with better shops. say all this because i am sure that there are prob some others on here, that, like me don't live near good shopping and they seem to put wallyworlds in places like this...

i too am not a fan of rag quilts...they are cute, but..never planned to make one. to quote the store owner where i got some of my fabric "they're cute...but they are not quilts" lollollol...well..i dunno, it did entail some quilting so - whatever. but...this was a request fr shop/kennel owner that has done me so many favors and treated my wdog so well the last few years. sort of a way to repay thier kindness. and it was for a good cause that they are deeply involved in.

and...thank you for your complements.
