Thank you for your lovely comment and well wishes for DH, sadly he is on borrowed time, but we make the most of each day that he feels well, he has outwitted this disease for a year longer than was first predicted so we never give up hope

What a great start--scrap quilts are my favorite because I have a hard time deciding on four or five fabrics and then using only them in a quilt, sometimes I use scraps of only one color, depending on what is in the scrap baskets. Your top is particularly cheerful. Congratulations, the old one
