My first wholecloth quilt with FMQ
#12
Thank you, everyone! I had a lot of fun with this. I didn't do any marking. The fabric on the other side has dogs and paw prints, so I used that as inspiration. The center section has paw prints walking along a path, and then there are flowers growing on each side. I also threw in a few surprises - a little mouse, a turtle, a hummingbird. There's even a ladybug, but that one, I don't think anyone will ever notice or realize what it's supposed to be.

Well, if I had pieced a top, I would've had the time spent piecing plus the time spent quilting. This way, it was just the time spent quilting. Of course, I could've done it a lot faster than this, but I wanted to put some special love and attention into the quilt in some way. And I love it, so it's fun for me.
