I recognize some of those fabrics. Fabric Mart of Hawaii is a quilter's paradise. I bought 70 yards (in 2 yd. lengths) of Hawaiian fabric there when we went on our Hawaiian cruise for our 45th anniversary 2 years ago. I loved it. Two floors of fabric! I had a customer who made four quilts from fabric she brought back from Hawaii. The quilts were gifts for her grandaughters, who got to help cut out the 8' blocks and sew the blocks together. I finished them with a stippling pattern.
