Beautiful. I found one at my sewing store and he had gone over it and it was perfect. I wish I had a box of attachments though. My machine came with a nice case but no attachments. You did good.

Congratulations! What a cute baby! It looks like you got some nice accessories too. I think you got a great price on it.

She looks great! Wonderful shape. I highly recommend your getting the purple book on how to care for a featherweight. (off hand I can't remember who the author is) I use mine to do all my piecing and any straight work. It sews the straighest stitch that no newer machine seems to do. Now I only use my fancy Viking when I am doing decorative stitches, etc. Hope you love yours as much as I love mine.

Wow! What a gorgeous baby, superb condition even down to the storage box. Great deal! I keep looking for one, some day I hope to find one in such good shape. Congratulations on the newest addition to your family.

I LOVE your baby... you are going to have more fun with this one then the more expensive.. ones... I learned to sew on one just like it... now you need to make a little quilt to cover your baby in lol

And you got a nice box full of feet, too! So many of them have lost all of the accessories. Nice find!

Just remember Featherweights thread through the needle goes from right to left! Just the opposite of most modern machines. I have 4 featherweights 2 - Black, Ebony and Licorice and 2 - White, Grasshopper and Angel all are great machines and I now have one for each of my granddaughters. I love to do much of my straight stitches on them and use my Viking for fancy work. Enjoy your new "Baby".
