This one was a picture of one of my GD's in NC over the Christmas holiday last year. I took two boxes of fabric and my machine and four of them made doll quilts. I am trying to post the pictures. This one with the cows is Malia. The other is her sister Sarah. The one with the star is Emily and the blond is her sister Hannah. They all designed their own quilts and did a guilt as you go. It was an exciting few days while each girl had to wait her turn.

These are wonderful! If she's 11 now, I can't imagine what she'll be creating in a few years!!! Hope she gets it finished in time for the Fair.

I love it! I hope she makes the deadline for the fair. I'm addicted to birdhouses. I didn't know about FatCat in time to get the free BOM and I'm too tight with my pennies to buy it. You know, fixed income, economy, etc. Maybe one day. I can't wait to see hers done. Are you going to quilt it for her or is she going to try and tackle that too? I hope she wins first prize.
