Wow, I love it. I tried one of those bigger paper pieced things and gave up. I was so frustrated but maybe because there was so much going on in my life. Thanks for the picture as maybe it can get be in the mood to try it again.

For this one I just broke it up in sections ...and worked w/those and did not look too far ahead!;)It helps granny!

It looks great.I bow to your patience and determination. I am in awe of those who do landscape quilts but it intimidates me.

I think if you had used the pattern like a "snippet" pattern with steam a seam instead of sewing each and every single little tiny ..rear end piece you would have had so much more fun. Hats off to you for doing it the old fashioned hard way! Count me out on old fashioned with pieces my eyes with my glasses couldnt get. It is coming out lovely however and besides.. how many halloween wall hangings does a person need? 1. The rest are just for fun. Make sure they are fun before you start!

Don't bow!!:)For I did not do this as pattern said...I 'Paper Pieced' it....I had to do some serious thinking and serious section cutting...but I am not a patient person to sew a zillion pieces in a 5" square.:)So, I did what I call 'cheated'...and paper pieced it. :)Am glad I am done...do like it but would not do that again:)I too am in awe of those that paint w/fabric such as landscaping...just not for me to do:)Skeat
