Not a thing wrong with the brightness. Not every quilt has to be boring.

It is a beautiful quilt and will be really great in the gloom of winter. You did a great job on it.

Love, LOVE your quilting on this. I recently emptied my string bin and have made 2 quilts using them.There's a lot of sewing in string quilts!
