I designed this quilt on EQ5. My husband challenged me to use the fabric that I have to make my quilts this year. So not being able to turn down the challenge and really I don't have room for more fabric right now... I accepted. Here is my first project. A quilt for a friends first baby due this summer. I am also thinking about piecing the back. Sorry, my picture taking skills are not great.

very pretty! love your colors. I'd have it quilted with swirls and swirly feathers to match that swirly fabric. Love it!

A pieced back would be fabulous - a reversible quilt!

I like it very much, nothing like a nine-patch on point. Pretty colors.

Very pretty. I like how you alternated the swirly fabric with the other white.

:) Thank You. It really wasn't planned that way. I used leftover fabrics and the swirly fabric was what I had the most of. I had about 4 different kinds of white fabric that was similar. I have just a little bit more left and a friend has asked me to make a baby quilt for her to give as a gift. I think I will incorporate the last of it in the new quilt also.
