    It was a large piece of batik fabric I had and it wasn´t suitable for the quilt I was making so it came in handy after all.

    Thanks Shemjo, will try to get one for you soon. Will take it to my sewing club but it will be next week before I can go, so patience is required.

    Hilary you will find this really easy and quick to do using a large piece of fabric to cover the sweat shirt first and then use any type of appliques to add a bit a pzazz
