this is my latest project for my DD, wasn't sure I was going to like all the light colors, but think the dark blue floral makes it better. But need to figure out what to make the corners from, can't decide.

Asking for a vote on this: floral corners or the plain?

That's pretty! What about using a yellow and blue floral for your corners?

You could use a neutral color like light brown so it doesn't compete with the design of the quilt.

I'd vote for a contrasting print or solid color - yellow or orangey peach or maybe even red?

Beautiful quilt, I just love blue.....oooh
("she salivates all over the keyboard......")

Just my opinion, I would use the dark blue print for the corners.

I have to second that motion! I first thought that it was already put together and was absolutely loving it! Completed pics, please.

Looking at it laid on the tan floor makes me think that color would go very well for the blocks. I also like the flowers....Very pretty quilt!!

I would go with the blue print above or something with yellow or yellow and blue similar to above.

    Iffun it were mine...

Either the dark blue floral for the first border or use the next blue in. That will tie the quilt together. Then add the outer border with the one you didn't pick. This is a classic two color quilt well executed, don't introduce another color pallet to the work.

I would make the corners a solid navy, then use the navy for a small inner border. I love this quilt.
