The quilt is so gorgeous that no one is ever going to turn it over, LOL. I know it must be very upsetting to have a hole anywhere, but unless you made the hole, you should let the quilt shop know. Even if it is not their mistake, they will probably have a few suggestions.
I also would patch or mend it before you finish quilting as the quilting might make and mend disappear.

I second this.

It is very beautiful. How big was the hole? If it wasn't too big it might never be noticed without an extremely close examination.

Guess where the hole is would make a perfect spot for the label!!! The quilt itself is stunning and the quilting is superb!

I had a small gather on the back of a quilt...didn't want to rip out micro-stipple, so that's where the label went...no one ever said a thing!!!

Holes happen. Your quilting is beautiful! I'd think you could just put your label over the hole and no one would be the wiser!

Beautiful, you are so lucky that you got such a beautiful quilt back. I have never had good luck with RR.

I'm thinking my addition to that project would have been one of the small white borders. It's a beauty. Now who gets to keep it???

Your quilt is beautiful. How disappointing about the hole you found in the backing fabric, but hopefully you can create another star or block to patch over it. It will add interest to the back of your quilt. Be sure to keep us posted on what you decide to do.
