    It's Tiddlywinks by Roxanne Carter and was issued as a BOM pattern for September 2010. If you google it, you will see it listed as a PDF. Roxanne Carter has quilt patterns on her site for sale but Tiddlywinks is a freebie.

    Love them!!! I am going to try one now. thanks to whoever it was that posted the directions link on the mystery train site!!! Can't wait to get started!!!
    I do a lot of donation quilts too and have lots of scraps I can use!
