Default My LBB Block 15

Block 15 if finished. This little blue and yellow bird is enjoying the fall leaves. I learn something with each block and for #15 the lesson learned is "I hate oak leaves".

Default My LBB Block 16

The pattern for Block 16 had a bird in the middle of the leaves, but I wanted to add another butterfly, just to mix it up a bit.

Default My LBB Block 17

Block 17 is on the board. The little bird in this block is 4th generation of this bird, the first third died a slow and painful demise, but finally this little guy lived and I'm pretty proud of him.

I am enjoying watching you finish these wonderful blocks. And the stories you tell as you make each of them just makes them more special.

Default My LBB Block 18

Block 18 reminds me of when the teenagers use to see how many kids they could cram into a VW Beetle. Margaret Docherty managed to cram 57 leaves in this little 8" square, and that didn't 'leaf' much space for anything else.

Snort! I guess its a good thing to learn on a single block instead of a border
