My Loot!

Just gorgeous all around! I am sorry to hear about the loss - but I'm glad to hear that her supplies were not just chucked. A lot of non crafters don't see the value in the supplies and just throw them away :(

i keep a basket under my cutting table and toss all scraps into it,then when i see a request or when the basket is overflowing i toss them into a flat rate mailing box and send them out the door...if your mom would use them save them for her!
even the salvages are used by some and also local schools, pre-schools and churches all usually have need/want of such items (the school art departments and some have after school programs for young mother's who learn to make do with what they can salvage. you could pass them on regularly before they are taking up any space you need. it is such a small step but means an awful lot to those who are not able to go out and purchase new. and you would be amazed the wonderful creations that will come out of your generosity
