I'm on a tiny screen so can't see much, but I see that in the third row down, two adjacent blocks seem to have the same orange centre, and all the others seem to have unique centers so maybe one of the orange ones is s mistake?

My guess is bottom right hand block - not enough contrast in the colours. Just my thought but will wait and see.

Only thing I can see is that the striped fabric was used twice and in one block the stripes all go the same direction and the other they go different directions

Other than the stripes being different I cannot find anything wrong. Love these "Spot my error" challenges! Your quilt is very pretty.

I would say the gray in the one center block which is same color as your slash? Not that I say it's doesn't belong there :) Wow did we pick your quilt apart :) for sure you will never share another one. (((hugs))) it is a nice quilt. AND you have done a beautiful job :)

There is nothing wrong with the quilt. It was all planned to be the way you layed it out. If you won't tell, we won't tell. I have always wondered why we are so hard on ourselves. Anything you may see as a "mistake" just adds character.

You know, the whole lovely naivity of this simple block is beautiful. Sometimes we are looking for mistakes just by the nature of who we are. Sometimes we only see beauty. Personally, Ilove the way you've put things together and the little whimsical differences in pattern and dimension add to its loveliness.Therese

Two black center in the top row next to each other, two orange centers further down next to each other.
