I don't see any major goofs. If it is the two blocks with the stripes, I like that they are different..... Will be interesting to see what you are referring to.

I agree, it's not a major error that I can see. Maybe a design error?

Could be the directional fabrics aren't place the same in the two blocks. Could be the dark centers in the top row.

But none of that is MAJOR, IMHO!

Can't wait to see what you consider major!

I wouldn't guess or correct it. Can't find it so if you don't say anything no one will know. Why make more work for yourself. Finish it and call it DONE

My guess third row, third block, corner squares with guitars on them are upside down. But so what, I like it .

O. K. I think it is the middle block at the botton. The strips are not in the same direction.

You might think that this is an odd thing to say, but I really like the back having a contrasting border of its own. I never thought about doing this, but it adds a lot of interest to the back of the quilt. Sometimes great ideas come from our slip-ups. Thanks for sharing your slip-up/idea with us.
