Thread: My mom's quilt

    I made this quilt for my mom who was very sick most of last year. When she finally got home from the hospital and nursing home, I gave this to her as a "welcome home" quilt. She loved it. The colors and pattern are as sweet as she is!

    That's beautiful. What a lovely gift for your mother. I have that teacup fabric but never knew what to do with it. You came up with a wonderful idea and I just may have to "steal"it! (or something like it - I'd never copy anyone's original design)

    The teacups are printed on the fabric. It is from Lakehouse. I saw the pattern in one of my magazines, not sure which one. I adapted it for my own purpose as far as size, and added the border. Thx for your comments!
