    This reminds me of the crochet pillow cases that my Mom used to make.

    I love the colonial lady designs. I wish I could find the 30's and 40's embroidery designs that I have seen pics of or embroidered ones in "antique" stores. I think you have done a very good job on your quilt.
    My aunt appliqued a pair of pillowcases with a colonial lady and gave them to me 50 years ago. I still have them and treasure them.

    Love the way it turned out.... you sure did a wonderful job I am sure your daughter will treasure it. The quilting is also very nice. Did you hand quilt or was it done on a long arm????? either way it's great.
