Thank you. I too felt that "something" was missing. A tree had crossed my mind also. I have been looking for silhouettes of trees that may be appropriate. Should you have one, please email it to me. ([email protected])

I think you "hit me on my head" audsgirl. I am deep thinker and love to express my thoughts and feelings in various kinds of media. I enjoy writing and painting also. I am now beginning to dare to enter the unknown world of art quilting...

    Hello Dee,
Yes it is my own poem. Feel free to steal it as long as you give me credit. I am slowly putting together a book of poetry and prose. I only wish I could draw so I could illustrate some of my work.

Gladgrams, everything is beautiful!! I would suggest making the silhouettes bigger, but even if you leave it as it is - it is still super lovely!

You are an artist, it's obvious from this beautiful quilt. Thanks for sharing it with us. It really is beautiful, but yes, I agree with others that something is missing. Do keep us posted as you complete it. Can't wait to see what you decide to use to finish the story with.

These colors are stunning. I love you'd concept. If you're still taking suggestions. I'd move the deer down a square or so toward the gold/browns, off centering it alittle. Maybe your tree (when you find one ) closer to your eagle.
