Thread: My OBW- A study in color value

    I'm in the design floor process. I took this picture and printed it out in B & W so i could better see the darkness and lightness of the colors....Gonna Move some blocks around before adding borders and finishing as a lap quilt.

    That is gorgeous. The difference between a successful one is that change in light med and dark. You chose a wonderful fabric

    That is so pretty. I love the way it turned out. It's amazing how much a OBW changes the look of the fabric. Great job and thanks for sharing.

    Very pretty-I am always amazed looking at the un-cut fabric first, then sewn into a OBW-you ladies that have that vision are amazing-wish I had the "eye"!

    Oh how I love the OBW. And I am always amazed how they look. I love the fabric you picked out. :thumbup: It is awesome. I do have one question can you make them into a block?
