I just finished this Simplicity pattern for a great-great nephew who is 2 months old. The eyes look cocd-eyed but the head got tilted. (I checked when I saw the pic).

I loved making this pattern...... so easy and adorable.. even if hsi eyes do get cock eyes.. its adds character~!! great job!!
