Default My "Quilt of Valor"

I made my first ever "Quilt of Valor" for a gentleman I met at my local Lowes about a month ago. He helped my husband and I with something we were buying and we got talking. I found out he is a Vietnam Vet and that now he's a Patriot Guard Rider. He was so passionate about what he does and my husband and I have a son in the Air Force so it meant a lot to us that there's people like him out there!During our conversation he gave me some info about himself so when we left I told my husband I was going to make him a quilt and track him down! Well I tracked him down and met up with him today to give him his quilt!! He was so surprised and excited that I thought of him and was able to track him down! He said I was a good detective, lol (I also did receive his permission to post his photo for you all to see)
