A bathroom would be wonderful....too far from the house...would need new septic system. Do have phone and could make coffee. Thanks for looking.

So far projects have been small, lapsize quilts...table works. Have to graduate to bigger projects...definitely need design wall. If I used up some upholstery fabric, I could use that wall.

Wonderful space for quilting.
I had a china cabinet almost identical to yours that was my DGM's. It was purchased sometime around 1902. I gave it to my DD because I do not have enough space for it.
