Great workspace and I love your atrium!!! My sewing room here in Florida (winters) also doubles as a guest room. No bed in it tho, we use a roll-away bed for guests. Very handy to have the room do double duty.

I already moved myself in the front formal living rm last year {cause we never used it} but seriously considering taking over part of the unused guest rm...hmmm wonder what my other would say...lol
