Carla, I think there is too much presser on the presser foot, I know the feed dogs should grab it and pull it on in but they don't, they just unravel all the threads they can reach!

Kathy, I don't think they worked on it well at your "shop" cause I chain piece absolutely all the time. Yes, it's an Ingenunity. I love it. Of course, I found a new little clear, 1/4 inch, presser foot to use that helps a lot, too.

Are you using the foot that came with the machine? Think that might be the reason????

I love that spongy shelf lining...its great for keeping the girls knick-knacks on their headboards without leaving a greasy little mark that handy tack leaves sometimes. I like your little pocket thingy too!!! I've been looking at one of those closable sewing table/cabinets. With our limited space it would be sooo great...it has storage for the machine when not in use...and draws for even more additional storage. Have you ever seen them?
