Haha! The floral print fabric is prettier in real life, but I have kitty paw print fabric in the black inner border, and another kitty print in the center of the Dresdens. I just couldn't seem to get a close picture to show these. Thank you for looking and all the sweet comments mean a lot to me. We are having a hard time accepting my sister's situation as it is so I appreciate everything from my friends on this board. Rebecca

I am hoping that this quilt gives both you and your sister many hours of comfort...in the giving and the receiving. I am so sorry to hear that she is battling cancer...my prayers are with you both.

Lung cancer wiped out my whole family except for my youngest brother so I know what you are going through. My prayers go with you and yours.
Thank you Barb, I found the cat image when I Googled "Cat images for Quilting" There were tons on there but this style looks so much like my sister's cat is why I used it. I just free handed it, added craft bond to the fabric, then satin stitched around the cat with red to make it stand out. Please post your kitty quilt when you get it made!! Rebecca

I love the red-white-black colors, and the beautiful mix of Dresden fans and red-rimmed cat silhouettes. Prayers are with your sister and all your family.
