What a wonderful gift for his friend! I love the first pic with him. His long hair, jacket hanging off his shoulder, leaning on the table as he presses his seams. What a moment in time!!

Great quilt, beautiful colors! You have a wonderful son, and his friend is very lucky. Hope he knows how lucky he is to have a loving mom!

crush time sewing. My one daughter is particularly good with that. "Mom, I need a costume by Saturday." Thank goodness they have not presented with needing a quilt in a couple of days.

What a great job he did. There are so many men involved in the quilting industry. John Flynn is always the first to pop in my mine. Just meet a big biker guy in the fabric dept at Hobby Lobby and he is learning to quilt from his MIL.
